The court echoes with the sharp squeaks of sports shoes braking hard as your teammates slam their weight into their feet and change their burst directions. The ball descends ever lower onto the ground. Just an inch from the floor, your hand slips under the ball as your dive sends you crashing hard.

The ball is saved, and bounces back up into the air. You smile, knowing your teammate will take it from here. With no time to catch your breath, you leap back up and recover into your ready position…
