These delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing.

4.3. Risk of Loss

All products purchased from our store are delivered to a carrier for shipment. The risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5.1. Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return or exchange (for reasons other than damage or defect), items must be unused, unpunched, and in their original packaging.

5.2. Non-Returnable Items

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5.5. Exchanges

For exchanges, we will ship the new game via standard shipping once the return is processed. Additional charges may apply if the new game is of higher value.
