Shipping Information
We ship our strategic masterpieces worldwide (excluding Asia and a few remote regions). Once your order is placed, our team gets to work.
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind the quality of our games. If your game arrives damaged, is defective, or if you simply ordered the wrong title, we’re here to help. We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected]. Please use the template below to provide all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused game in its original packaging. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship it to the address we provide.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item). - Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement exchange game.

Refunds
After we receive your returned item and verify its condition:
- Timing: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item for a different game, we will ship the new game to you via our standard shipping method once the return is processed. There may be additional charges if the new game is of higher value.
