At GMT Games Shop, we stand behind the quality of our Conquest, Cooperative, Casual, and other tabletop games. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your game arrives damaged, is defective, or if you simply ordered the wrong title, we’re here to help make it right.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unpunched (if a card or board game), and in the same original packaging and condition that you received it.

Please Note: Due to the nature of our products, opened and played card games, dice games, or customizable games (as indicated in our website menu) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged. This is to protect the integrity of the game components for all players in our community.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure you provide all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to ship the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused and unpunched game using its original packaging. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement exchange game.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item and verify its condition:

  • Timing: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
  • The original cost of standard shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item for a different game, we will ship the new game to you via our standard shipping method once the return is processed. There may be additional charges if the new game is of higher value.
